Quality & Certification
To ensure the high quality and feed safety of its products, INTRACO LTD has been certified by SGS Belgium to the Feed Chain Alliance (FCA) Standard, issued by Ovocom vzw, since 2002 for the following activities:
- production and trade in animal compound feed
- production and trade in premixtures
- trade in feed materials
- trade in additives
The Feed Chain Alliance (FCA) Standard is the commonly accepted standard for Good Manufacturing & Managing Practice (GMP) and guarantees that Intraco’s products are food safe, EU legislation compliant and have a high quality level. Multiple components have been integrated into the FCA standard, such as requirements for a feed safety management system, for application of HACCP principles, for traceability, monitoring, chain approach and the Early Warning System.
FCA is mutually recognised with (amongst others) GMP+ International, QS Qualität und Sicherheit and Fami-QS.
