PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

OxydaFort™ is a unique, completely safe and healthy blend of exceptional antioxidants, each with a specific mode of action. Its purposes are dual. Firstly, stabilizing and preserving complete feeds, premixes and raw materials [e.g. activity of sensitive vitamins; fat(ty acids) ; pigments & bio-catalysts]. Secondly, reducing metabolic -and thermal stress inside the animal. These 2 combined have clearly proven that OxydaFort™ leads to increased profits.

OxydaFort™ is a beige-whitish, fine and free-flowing powder for easy dosing and uniform mixing. It can easily be incorporated into premix or final feed and is heat-resistant.

PROPERTIES:

OxydaFort™ is an exceptional, heat-stable mixture of synergistic components. Its first component B.H.T. is one of the most efficient antioxidants existing, is lipo-soluble (fat & oil protection), and has a long-lasting activity. It has an immediate and effective activity, but in a relatively short period. Propyl gallate has the same characteristics as B.H.T., and also recovers and reinforces it’s activity. It is semi-natural (safe for usage in human food) and because of its highest efficacy among all others, it is only needed in limited inclusion rates. Citric acid operates as a protecting chelate in the prevention of oxidative reactions by unstable free radicals (e.g. beta-oxidation in fats & oils). As such, OxydaFort™ yields an extended shelf life and a higher animal feed intake, by preventing quality losses (e.g. nutrient degradation) and rancidity (e.g. palatability & energy digestibility).

SUPPLEMENTATION GUIDELINE:

Dosage recommendations for OxydaFort™:

• in standard premixes 1000 g/mT ; in highly concentrated premixes or exported premixes with long-distance transport 1000 - 1500 g/mT
• in feed raw materials 250 g/mT ; in high-fat feed raw materials 400-500 g/mT (e.g. fishmeal, vegetal expeller protein meals, rice polish, etc.)
• in standard complete feeds 200 g/mT
• in compound feeds rich in crude fat (e.g. broiler grower/finisher), or under extreme temperature & humidity: 300-350 g/mT

Storage conditions:
Please keep in tightly closed original bag and store in a cool, dark and dry place. OxydaFort™ is a stable product under above conditions during a period of 12 months from manufacture date. After this period, quality should be checked before actual use. Possible variation in color is not correlated with the intrinsic activity and thus performance.
